Green leases, split-incentive and EU taxonomy

In the subject of urban leases, it is becoming increasingly common to incorporate the so-called green lease clauses, 'green leases' or 'energy-aligned leases', aimed at obliging landlords and/or tenants to comply with certain obligations related to sustainability.
