RocaJunyent participates in the book ‘Litigation Funding in Spanish and Comparative Law’

Our Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation partner, Oriol Valentí i Vidal, has participated in the chapter entitled ‘Third Party Funding and International Arbitration in Latin America: More than a marriage of convenience’ which is part of the book ‘Litigation Funding in Spanish and Comparative Law’.

This is the first collective work published in Spain on litigation funding and a reference guide for the sector. The collection is coordinated by Diego Agulló and Carlos Llorente, from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICAI-ICADE, and is a project published by Aranzadi.
